All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer preference.
Exceptions
Exceptions are only made in the following cases:
- Item arrived damaged
- Item received is incorrect
Resolution Process
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue.
